Positions
The Position: We are looking for Behavioral Therapists. The pay range we are offering is $17-$20/hour, dependent upon education and experience.
- We offer full-time and part-time positions with a flexible schedule
- We provide the training and supervision necessary to receive your certificate as a Registered Behavior Technician
- We provide the necessary training and supervision towards being a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements:
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in behavior health, social work, psychology or related field. And, at least 1,000 hours of working with individuals with autism or related conditions.
- OR have an associate degree and 2,000 hours of working individuals with autism or related field.
- OR – at least 4,000 hours of working with individuals with autism or related field.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Physical abilities to work with individuals with challenging behaviors
- Speak, write, read and/or communicate fluently in the English language
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with clients and colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA Therapy to clients in their homes and/or in the center
- Provide Family and Caregiver Training and counseling to the families of the clients
- Compile and preserve data on treatment and progress of the clients
- Monitor and complete Individual Treatment Plans (ITP)
- Drive between clients’ homes and the office as needed
The Position: We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The pay range we are offering is negotiable, dependent upon education and experience.

Requirements:
- Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- A Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis, mental health, psychology or a related field
- Capacity and equipment to communicate with management, staff, and clients’ families via phone or telemedicine
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with clients and colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Train our clinical staff (Senior Lead and Lead Behavior Therapists) weekly or biweekly utilizing ABA principles on Mondays from 4pm-5pm CST (open to negotiation), to
- Create operationally defined goals and objectives
- Execute those goals and objectives using the discrete trial method and pivotal response training methods
- Provide observation and direction to staff via telemedicine
The Position: We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Professional. The pay range we are offering is negotiable, dependent upon education and experience.
- We offer a flexible schedule, with duties that can be performed weekly, biweekly, or monthly
- We provide the option to complete many of the job responsibilities via phone or telemedicine
- Positions can be full-time, part-time, contracted, or as a based consultant
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in behavior health, psychology, social work, special education or related field
- Must hold a valid and current MN license in mental health (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychology).
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must have at least 2,000 hours of diagnosing, assessing and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Physical abilities to work with individuals with challenging behaviors
- Speak, write, read and/or communicate fluently in the English language
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with clients and colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the client’s overall clinical programs
- Develop, monitor and implement individual treatment plans (ITP) every six months
- Provide observation and direction to clinical supervisors and behavior therapists
- Provide family care training, counseling and training to families and caretakers
- Assess and evaluate clients to confirm autism diagnoses and their need for ABA therapy annually
