We are looking for energetic and compassionate behavior therapists for our in-home services throughout Minnesota.
Job Description – Provide one on one therapy to children and adults up to 21 years of age using applied behavior analysis principles.
Must have an associate or bachelors degree in the behavioral health or a related field. Or must have 6,000 hours working with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities.
Travel is required.
We offer competitive benefits packages and hourly rate of up to $20.00 per hour and up to $15.00 for associate behavior therapist.
Candidates who speak other languages and male therapists are encouraged to apply. Training on state and federal guidelines as well as our policies and procedures will be provided. Additional training on our SAT method, ABA, etc. will also provided.
Associate Behavior Therapist: Must have a high school diploma or GED. DHS required training will be provided along with SKILLS-ATPE additional training.
We are looking for part-time behavior therapists to work in late afternoons and Saturdays (4:30pm – 6:30pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm on Saturdays)
We are looking for experienced lead therapists to work with our in-home clients, center, schools and residential settings.
Must have a bachelors or master’s degree in behavioral health or related field. Must have at least 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with mental health conditions or developmental disabilities. BCaBA or RBT is preferred.
Or have a bachelors degree that is not in behavior health, but has 6,000 hours of experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders.
We are looking for a licensed mental health professional that is compassionate in treating and helping individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Must have a current Minnesota license in marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, clinical counselor and/or other related mental health licensure. Must have experience in diagnosing, assessing and treating individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Required Education: Master’s or higher
Required Experience: At least 4,000 hours of diagnosing and treating children and adults with autism spectrum disorders.
Salary: Up-to $80,000 annually with benefits.
Position can be part-time, full-time or contract.
